I keep showing up at various nearby locations here in Pikesville MD trying to get my regular order of maybe a dark frenchhouseblend cup of coffee, only to continuously hear from all cashiers, Sorry, we dont have that anymorewe are all out. “ This starbucks is the best Ive ever been to. The drinks should be consistent for all starbucks locations but the employees here are far superior and super super nice. The employees at this Starbucks treat me very well and are extremely friendly. I really like the vibes here. Update from my previous review Came in earlier today and the district manager came in while I was receiving my drink and she did not wear a maskface covering and seemed like she had no concern to put one on. This is very disappointing. The employees all have masks on and the managers there all wear them and enforce the rule. I dont know why the district manager didnt have a mask on. ”

There are two sweet gals who work at the location, Amanda and Evianne, who I think are some of the best at the store. Usually in the afternoons they are there and they always do a fantastic job. I stop at least 5 days a week on my morning commute to work so with that being said Ive had a lot of great and no so great experiences at Starbucks over the years and none of which was even close to the one I had yesterday at the newest Starbucks in my area. Austin provided my fiance and I the absolute best Starbucks experience we have ever had. He is an absolute gem. We definitely recommend this location and ask for Austin if you want to have a fantastic Starbucks experience like we did. We will definitely be back. Keep up the good work and please give Austin a raise, he deserves it!! ”
